COMCAST
What is with companies?!? When you make an appointment for someone to shut something off and they say they will be here from 8-10am....why do they make you wait all day to get something done. We are trying to get stuff done today that we had to wait until today for and the COMCAST guy still has not shown or called. I called at 10:13am-8 minutes and 11 seconds later....the representative from COMCAST tells me to wait 15 minutes and the technician will call. Okay.....I am still waiting for the call. This is lame. COMCAST might not win us over when we need internet again. The problem is that Andrew cannot leave because I am not staying around the house with some creepy COMCAST technician. No thank you. Last year at this time we had a family come over and stay with me during the day while Andrew was at work. By the way...I am still waiting for the call.

The time line is a rough estimate and it depends on the jobs before you. Annoying yes but they try their best. I've done this a lot and its the same no matter what company.
