Here are some pictures that I took while Andrew was opening some gifts, went out to dinner with his parents and friends, and then went to visit a couple from his church that just had their baby just today at 4:30pm. Andrew had a great day and is thankful for all those that gave him gifts. I surprised Andrew with many gifts, but the best gift he got was a cake that I made while I was supposed to be taking a "nap." Enjoy all his pictures.

Pictures of Andrew's birthday
Happy 25th Birthday Andrew!!!
HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY ANDREW!
Today is Andrew's birthday and I get the honor of flying down to California for 5 days to spend time with him. This is the last time we will see each other before our wedding (in July) and so I am glad that I am able to spend 2 extra days than usual. I just wanted to put some pictures of his past birthdays that we have spent together. I have been able to spend his birthday with him ever since his 22nd birthday! I am so thankful and blessed for Andrew and that God has brought him into my life!!! =) Hope you enjoy these pictures and to show the true beauty of Andrew!
Yes, Andrew is really balancing a spoon on his nose! The talents God has given him!
This picture is very special because even though it is his birthday, it is also on the Portland Spirit, which is the company I gladly and sadly left after 5 years.Tonight we are going out to Red Robin with his parents and friends in Sacramento! More pics to come from that birthday! Well, I need to get ready to go off to the airport for one last time until July 13th when Andrew and I head off on our honeymoon. Speaking of honeymoon....oh we will get to that later (be on the lookout)
Have a great day and remember God has blessed each one of you!

Enjoy for Your Pleasure!
This weekend I am in Elk Grove, California visiting Andrew and doing our pre-marital counseling. In our book, "Communication Key to Your Marriage" by H. Norman Wright, I found this paragraph about rhinos.
"Do you know how a female rhino selects her male rhino? She is nearsighted, so when she sees her beau she first backs up. Then she charges him at thirty miles an hour, hitting him broadside and knocking him to the ground. Then she proceeds to gouge and step on him. While he is literally bleeding and bruised he gets the message, 'she loves me!'"
I really liked this because for those people that do know me, they know that I could do this because of my time playing soccer. I actually would not do that to Andrew, but thought this was funny. I wanted to share my time and bring some pre-marital counseling on this blog. Hope you enjoyed this post! =)

Blessed By Friends
Today I had a bridal shower in Salem, Oregon. One of my bridesmaids, Andrea Hansen along with her sister Jen threw this shower at Katie Dennis' apartment. I am so thankful for each one of these women of God that traveled long or short distances to share this day with me. I am blessed by each one of you and I am thankful that God has brought you into my life. Thank you for being apart of my life and sharing in so many wonderful memories with each and every one of you! Thank you again for blessing me with all the gifts, the laughs, the awkward moments, and I know Andrew will like them even though he will see them from the box I will keep them in! =)

These are the girls in my family minus my sister-in-law Terri and niece Jasmine Marie. From left to right: Saundra with her baby boy Augustine, my Mom, my sister Anna, and I am holding my oldest niece Jazmyne Jade.

From Left to Right: Amy Ramos, Danae Peirce, Katie Casebeer, Shelby Dickman, Andrea Hansen, Katie Dennis, and myself in the middle. There were some that had to leave early that were from Corban College such as Laci Holmes, Lindsey Coy, Jennifer Hansen and Kari Sanders. Charissa Bernard was unable to make it, but thank you for your nice gift!

My best friend Sarah Nyseth from Gresham!

The Rainy Hike

Here are two pictures of last week's trip to Silver Falls with some alumni from Corban and some still attending. It was nice to have Andrew in the state of Oregon for a couple days so we could hang out. It was a nice weekend by starting off by going to Chris Preston's senior recital at Corban Friday night and then finishing the weekend off by hiking around Silver Falls. Andrew and I both have realized that we do not have very many pictures together (after almost three years of dating) so I took the liberty to have some people take a couple pictures of us. Andrew looks good....I look awful! I hope you enjoy! It was a rainy hike, but to be with my husband-to-be in Oregon was the greatest! =)
